I was born in Calgary in 1931, attended St. Anne's and St. Mary's Girl School. I graduated from Holy Cross School of Nursing in 1952.

After raising four children and traveling with my family I decided to fulfill my passion for art. I started at the Marion Barker Art School in 1983. The school is now called Northwest Art School and I am still there studying with several teachers.

I have also studied at the University of Calgary and The College of Art.

I paint in oid and watercolor. My favorite subjects are flowers, our Rocky Mountains, Reader Rock Garden and children.
